NATIONWIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Appellant v. COMMONWEALTH LAND TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY. Nationwide Life Insurance Company (” Nationwide” ) appeals the District Court’s dismissal of its claim under a title insurance policy issued by Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (“Commonwealth” ). Nationwide seeks payment for a loss arising from land title restrictions that allowed a former owner of Nationwide’s real property to prevent its sale by Nationwide.
